Hace mas o menos un año me inició el deseo de retomar la vieja y bella costumbre de intercambiar correspondencia: dejar atrás las "facilidades tecnológicas" y escribir con puño y letra a alguien. Como el libro "el hombre que quería escribir una carta" me topé con la dificultad fundamental: ¿a quién y que le escribo? . Me detuve, me di cuenta que las amistades a las que les conté estaban muy cerca y el contacto era constante así que desistí.
Afortunadamente entendí que no conté con otros soñadores como yo, y hoy encontré la primera persona con quien podré intercambiar correspondencia

This is a great way to keep alive the steadily declining art of the written letter. Many things of the old world and the older methods of thinking are disappearing because people do not know how to read or write properly. Without the ability to write long and complex thoughts, they can not understand complex thoughts.
ResponderEliminarIn the world before the internet and especially before messenger and text cell phones, we could write a sentence that expressed how we felt:
"I am very depressed and upset at the way our relationship and the way you have treated me disrespectfully."
Today that sentence would be too complex for many people to understand. We must dumb it down so that the modern world can understand it at the lower level:
Me sad, me mad, the bf/gf thing is broken, you not look me like god/goddess of your bed.
The end result will be a world like the caveman, without writing or reading.. those that can maintain that skill will be the new priestly class, they will be the Kings and Wizards (anyone who can make/read/write a book or knows chemistry or medicine).
Keep up the hobby..and look at the world a little more sadly.

ResponderEliminarYou're right, the new ways don't allow us express as well as with a letter. In other cases the other person is so used to talk with bf gf :) and those things that a sentence without emoticons could be a suicide.
